1. Check whether the tolerances of the workpiece mounting surface and bearing surface meet the design standards; use the guide rail as a benchmark and use a dial gauge to detect
2. Confirm whether the rack has residual magnetism. If there is magnetism, it should be demagnetized;
3. The rack is installed from the middle to both ends. Assuming that 10 racks of 1 meter are spliced, the installation starts with the 5th/6th rack. Prevent interference between bolts and holes in subsequent racks;
4. When installing the first rack, the clamps should be evenly distributed close to the screw holes, so that the rack is completely close to the bearing surface, and the bolts are locked from the middle bolt to both sides. It is recommended to use a torque wrench to lock according to the torque requirements of the bolts. Tight rack;
5. When installing the second rack, first pre-tighten it with 10% of the locking force, adjust the clearance of the rack with the installation gauge at the joint, and then lock it with 50% of the locking force. Adjust the splicing gap of the rack, and then lock it with the recommended torque value; the order of the locking bolts here is from right to left, that is, the follow-up rack refers to the direction in which the fixed rack is to be installed.
6. When all the racks are installed, use the measuring roller and micrometer to measure and mark the height deviation of the three points in the middle and both ends of each rack. Refer to the installation requirements of the selected product to observe whether the deviation is in the other Within the standard; and find the highest point among them, and install the gear based on the highest point position;
7. Install the positioning pin; for example, if the pin hole on the rack is φ5.7, the positioning pin used is φ6, and the φ5.7 hole on the rack is equipped with a drilling platform. After removing the iron filings, use a reamer to expand the hole To φ6, the positioning pin prepared in advance can only be installed after the iron filings are removed again;
8. Assemble the gear and reducer, detect and mark the highest point of the gear;
9. Install the reducer on the slide table so that the highest point of the gear coincides with the highest point of the rack, and preliminarily adjust the gap between the gear and rack through the adjustment mechanism on the transition plate of the reducer, and pre-tighten the bolts;
10. When the reducer is not moving, turn the gear with a wrench to make it contact with the left and right tooth flanks of the rack, and observe the change value of the dial indicator on the gear. The difference is the tooth side clearance, and refer to the installation requirements of the rack and pinion products, whether it is within its standard range, if not, then adjust it to meet the standard through the bolts on the sliding table;
11. Check whether the meshing of the rack and pinion is correct. Apply paint to the rack, move the gear back and forth, and observe whether the tooth surface of the rack shows the correct meshing marks. If not, judge the reason by the graphics presented, and adjust the angle of the gear box until it meshes normally.
